Presidents Infinite Privacy Policy

Amigdala Boston (“Amigdala Boston,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Presidents Infinite mobile application (the “App”).
This Privacy Policy explains how Presidents Infinite handles information when you use the App.
1. Information We Collect
Presidents Infinite does not require an account, registration, login, name, email address, telephone number, payment information, or other personal information to use the App.
The App does not intentionally collect or transmit:
Names, email addresses, or contact information
Precise location data
Contacts or address books
Photos, files, camera, or microphone data
Health or financial information
Government identification information
Advertising identifiers
Browsing history
Analytics or behavioral tracking data
The App does not contain advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, social-login, or marketing SDKs in its current version.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
The App may store game information locally on your device, such as:
Scores and points
Streaks and session progress
Learning progress and question history
Game preferences
This information is stored locally using the device’s application storage. It is not sent to Amigdala Boston and is not stored in an Amigdala Boston database or server.
You can delete locally stored App information by clearing the App’s storage in your device settings or by uninstalling the App. Device backups and operating-system storage practices may be governed by Apple, Google, or your device manufacturer.
3. How We Use Information
Because Presidents Infinite does not collect personal information or transmit game data to our servers, Amigdala Boston does not use your personal information for advertising, profiling, marketing, or automated decision-making through the App.
Local game data is used only to provide the App’s learning and scoring features.
4. Sharing of Information
Amigdala Boston does not sell, rent, or share personal information collected through Presidents Infinite.
The App does not transmit personal information to third-party analytics providers, advertisers, data brokers, or other external services.
Apple, Google, and other platform providers may process technical information when you download or use the App under their own privacy policies. Amigdala Boston does not control those independent practices.
5. Children’s Privacy
Presidents Infinite does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults.
The App does not require users to create an account or submit personal information. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information to Amigdala Boston, please contact us at the email address below.
6. Data Security
Because Presidents Infinite does not transmit personal information to our servers, Amigdala Boston does not maintain a server-side account or personal-data database for the App.
Information stored locally is subject to the security of the user’s device, operating system, and device credentials. Users should protect their devices with appropriate security controls.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Amigdala Boston does not retain personal information through the App.
Game progress stored locally remains on the device until the user clears the App’s storage or uninstalls the App. Since Presidents Infinite does not create user accounts, there is no account deletion process required for the App.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of personal information.
Because Presidents Infinite does not collect personal information through the App, these rights generally do not require action by Amigdala Boston for App usage. You may still contact us with privacy questions or requests.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App’s features, data practices, or legal requirements change.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this policy. If a future version of the App introduces accounts, analytics, advertising, online services, or other data collection, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those practices are introduced.
